Booking Terms and Conditions

Making a booking

Before making a booking please read the below terms and conditions. A booking is only binding once a there has been written confirmation from us and we have received a deposit. All payments are to be made in Euros.

Payment

To make a reservation you must complete the booking form,( this accepts our terms and conditions) and pay a 25% deposit fee of the total cost of the property.

The balance of your account must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. If payment is not received by the due date we may consider your booking cancelled and there will a 15% administration charge of your deposit.

Last minute bookings

if bookings are taken within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount of your total bill id due on the day of booking.
